The Atlas 1072 Guardian® Coveralls have undergone stringent testing in a third-party laboratory in North America. The 3-second Flash Fire Burn Test resulted in just 7.3% overall body burn (including the head) and 0.8% actual body burn (excluding the head). The Arc Flash Test yielded an ATPV rating of 11 cal/cm2, achieving CAT 2 (HRC 2) status. These results demonstrate the coveralls' high degree of protection against fire hazards. Our laboratory testing protocol is compliant with the ASTM F1930 standard Manikin Flash Fire testing method. All coverall testing samples were sourced from our everyday inventory in Edmonton, affirming the consistent quality of our products. |
